तेलंगाना सरकार ने एक बड़ा फैसला लिया है। तेलंगाना सरकार की कंपनी सिंगरेनी कोलियरीज कंपनी लिमिटेड (SCCL) के 30 परसेंट शेयर इस कंपनी के कर्मचारियों को दिए जाएंगे। तेलंगाना सरकार ने दशहरा के मौके पर कर्मचारियों को यह तोहफा देने का निर्णय लिया है। सरकारी कर्मचारियों में इस फैसले से खुशी की लहर है। तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री के चंद्रशेखर राव ने बुधवार को यह फैसला लिया। इस निर्णय की जानकारी सिंगनेरी कोलियरीज के चेयरमैन और मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर को दे दी गई है।
मुख्यमंत्री के चंद्रशेखर राव के निर्देश पर सरकार के फैसले को सिंगेनरी कंपनी (SCCL) के चेयरमैन और मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर को बता दिया गया है। चेयरमैन को यह निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री के प्रधान सचिव नरसिम्हा राव ने दी। मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय से जारी एक प्रेस रिलीज में कहा गया है कि प्रधान सचिव ने सिंगनेरी कोलियरीज के एमडी को निर्देश दिया है कि दशहरा से पहले कर्मचारियों को स्पेशल इन्सेंटिव दिया जाए। कर्मचारियों के लिए यह दशहरा गिफ्ट होगा।
368 करोड़ का मिला बोनस
इस फैसले के बाद एससीसीएल अपने कर्मचारियों को 368 करोड़ रुपये जारी करेगा। कंपनी में 30 परसेंट शेयर के हिसाब से यह राशि कर्मचारियों के बीच बांटी जाएगी। सिंगरेनी कोलियरीज कंपनी लिमिटेड यानी कि एससीसीएल सरकारी कोल माइनिंग की कंपनी है जिसमें तेलंगाना सरकार और केंद्र सरकार दोनों की हिस्सेदारी है। इस कंपनी में तेलंगाना सरकार के पास 51 परसेंट और केंद्र सरकार के पास 49 परसेंट की हिस्सेदारी है।
कंपनी के टर्नओवर में वृद्धि
अभी हाल में सिंगरेनी (SCCL) के चेयरमैन और एमडी एन श्रीधरन ने कहा था कि कंपनी को भरोसा है कि इस साल 32000 करोड़ रुपये का सालाना टर्नओवर मिलेगा और इसमें कंपनी को 3,000 करोड़ रुपये का लाभ होगा। श्रीधरन ने यह भी भरोसा जताया कि इस साल 700 लाख टन कोयला उत्पादन के लक्ष्य को भी आसानी से हासिल कर लिया जाएगा। साल 2021-22 में सिंगनेरी कोल कंपनी ने 26,000 करोड़ रुपये का टर्नओवर प्राप्त किया था। एक साल में टर्नओवर में 47 परसेंट का इजाफा देखा गया था।
चुनावों से पहले दशहरा गिफ्ट
